DESCRIPTION:A Spring Day in the Annapolis Valley to Support the Well Being of Your Team & Recharge Yourself\nLeaders from across the sector are invited to come together for a full day of learning\, sharing and transforming our approach to Mental Health Wellness in Long Term Care.\nLearn how NHNSA’s Art of Resilience project has positively impacted our sector’s responses to workplace burnout\, trauma and grief. Building on the National Standard of Psychological Safety in the Workplace\, discover how several nursing homes and your colleagues are creating effective and innovative\, well-being strategies to support their staff with strong results.\nThis is a free workshop to NHNSA members and includes presentations from motivating guest speakers\, evaluation results from the Nova Scotia Centre on Aging and an energizing panel discussion on shared practices.\nWe encouraged members to attend with their senior leaders.
