Building on the National Standard of Psychological Safety in the Workplace\, discover how several nursing homes and your colleagues are creating effective and innovative\, well-being strategies to support their staff with strong results.\nThis is a free workshop to NHNSA members and includes presentations from motivating guest speakers\, evaluation results from the Nova Scotia Centre on Aging and an energizing panel discussion on shared practices.\nWe encouraged members to attend with their senior leaders.
