NHNSA is very pleased to officially announce Krista Beeler as Chair of our Board. The CEO of Dykeland Lodge in Windsor, NS, Krista is well known across the province and far beyond for her progressive vision and dynamic leadership in long term care.

Krista has held many leadership positions throughout her career and is recognized as a strategic leader who excells at high level planning alongside managing the details. She is a graduate of both Dalhousie and Saint Mary’s universities with degrees in Science, Gerontology and Continuing/Adult Education. Krista is well known for her forward thinking, ability to implement best practices, safety leadership, a culture of well being and inclusion for both residents and team members as well as ensuring sustainable growth and strong community and sector partnerships.
